How much does a consultation cost?

Virtual consultations start from KSh 500 and home-based care starts from KSh 2,000. Our pricing page lists the starting price for each service.

Do I need to come to a clinic?

No. Consultations happen remotely, so you can talk to a doctor from wherever you are. For home-based care, our nurses and caregivers come to you.

We don't have physical premises yet.

How do I book an appointment?

Fill in the appointment form on this site or message us on WhatsApp. A member of our team will then contact you to confirm the details and schedule your appointment.

How soon will you get back to me?

We respond to every request within 24 hours. If you need to talk to someone sooner, call or WhatsApp us.

Can I get a prescription without visiting a clinic?

Yes. After a remote consultation, our practitioners can issue or renew a prescription where it is appropriate for your condition.

Do you offer home-based care outside Nairobi?

Yes. Our home-based care services are available country-wide. Get in touch and we will confirm how we can reach you.

Can I use HelloDaktari in an emergency?

No. If you or someone with you has chest pain, difficulty breathing, heavy bleeding, a seizure, or has lost consciousness, go to the nearest hospital or call 999 or 112 straight away.

Is my information kept private?
