What we collect. When you submit an appointment request or contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and any message you choose to write, which may include health-related details you share voluntarily. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.

How we use it. Submitted details are used only to respond to your request, such as contacting you about an appointment or inquiry. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention. Leads are retained only as long as needed to respond to and close out the request, after which closed records are periodically purged.

Access. Only authorized HelloDaktari staff can view submitted leads through the admin system, which requires two-factor authentication to access.

This policy must be finalized by qualified legal counsel familiar with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 before the site accepts real submissions.
